The Port Townsend Tango Community would like to invite everyone to our
fourth annual New Year's Eve Tango Ball.

"TANGO" will once again light the sky above the Palindrome at 1851 South
Jacob Miller Road - just outside the city limits of Port Townsend, WA.

>From 9 pm to 1 am on December 31, 2000, the Seattle City Sextet will
entertain with classic orchestrations of the golden age of tango.

Bertram Levy - bandoneon
Tracy Hoveskeland - cello
Claude Ginsburg - violin
Deb Kirkland - violin
Andy Carr - piano
Spencer Hoveskeland - bass

Dancing to the Seattle City Sextet is like being in a Buenos Aires black and
white movie with de Caro, Troilo, Salgan and Pugliese.

Everyone has always had a great time at this ball. We enjoy seeing old
friends from around the NW and making some new ones. There are some very
experienced dancers, some beginning students and everything in between.

If you have never been to Port Townsend, it is a fun place to visit even
without this fabulous event to attend. There are dozens of Victorian B&B's
and several moderately priced hotels. There are miles of beach, lots of
birds and wildlife, several State Parks and a "resort style" downtown.
There are many fine restaurants at a variety of price points. For more
information about tourist activities and services, check out
www.ptguide.com.

Tickets are $20.00 at the door. Contact Mimi or Steve if you have
questions. [email protected] or 360-385-2754
