Dear Tangueros,
I must know which of you are at least 70% sure you are going on this trip to
Spain in May. I need to make a deposit now on rooms there.
You still do not need to have a deposit in until January 1 to assure your
place, but please let me know your intention. I can only hold the rooms
intended, and after that, you would just take your chances!
warm wishes for the holidays,
Christina
    Here is the flier again:

TANGO IN SPAIN!!
TANGO DE TORO: MAY 19-30, 2001

TEACHERS: EL INDIO AND MARIANA from Buenos Aires.
Beginning in Madrid, we will take a tour of Spain including Grenada,
Barcelona, and Córdoba. Madrid is upbeat with crazy night life fabulous
restaurants and the Prado art museum. In Madrid, going out and having fun is
a priority and not to be interfered with. Every day is a party, a new
experience, an adventure. Nowhere else will you see so little going to bed
for the purposes of sleeping. This is an insomniac city: exciting, stylish,
full of life and fun-loving people.
Seville: Indeed, who has not fallen under the spell of Sevilla? The city has
charmed the world and captured its heart. It is so alive, so aristocratic, so
sophisticated, so filled with great historic monuments, and yet so small a
town and therein lies a great deal of its appeal.
A beautiful and historic city, Granada is dominated by the crimson walls of
the Moorish Alhambra Palace and the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada
Mountains. Arguably one of the most breathtaking cities in Spain, Granada is
the perfect place to dance Ceroc in the heart of Andaluciaís exuberant
culture. Wander the cobbled streets, sip tea in a Moorish teashop, see a
Flamenco show in the gypsy caves, and be welcomed at the many friendly clubs
and Salsa and Merengue bars where you can dance the night away. Delight in
the alegrÌa of Andalucia - nowhere else will you find so much laughter,
music, dancing, or such joy in living!
