A Weekend of Tango Workshop with Leandro & Andrea
Friday March 2nd, Saturday March 3rd, Sunday March 4th
I am pleased to announce a weekend of workshops with Leandro Palou and
Andrea Misse. Leanodro and Andrea are from Buenos Aires, Argentina where
they represent the absolute best of the young generation of Tango dancers.
They were here last August when they danced in our annual Night of Tango in
Tampa show where they showed that their dancing is strong and powerful but
still elegant and emotional. They are also extremely successful teachers,
traveling extensively in Europe and the United States as well as South
America. They focus on improvisational dancing, good technique and using
the body properly. Women will particularly enjoy Andrea's input in the
classes, as she is great at teaching the essentials of the woman s role.
Both Andrea and Leanodro have an excellent command of the English language
and are very good communicators.
Dancers of all levels will gain a great deal from Leandro and Andrea and I
recommend that less experienced people take only the intermediate classes
while advanced dancers are best served by taking all of the workshops.
