Argentine FOLK Dancing for Milongas intermission Buenos Aires Style !

M.Varela & Analia are back in the BAY Area.

They will teach a Workshop at the Campbell Milonga in the Spectrum on
Sunday April 8th. 3pm to 6 pm. The format is 1 1/4 hour class, 1/2
an hour break and 1 1/4 hour class. Total 2.5 hours of class.

Coverage is Argentine Folk dances like Chacarera, Ranchera Argentina,
Chamamé (cha-mah-'may), etc. Fundamentals, movements, steps, musicality.

This is what argentine people dance in the intermissions in traditional
milongas in Buenos Aires. This time we have the opportunity to get a
teaching exposure from Marcelo Varela & Analia who are experienced
dancers
in the Folk Dances of Argentina.

Come and see and learn something new to most people here in the Northern
California
areas. Some elegant and expressive dances that some of you have watched
when you have
visited the Buenos Aires Milongas and wondered when we would have
someone teach it around
here.

Cost of the 2.5 hour workshop is: $35 at the door or $30
pre-registered/pre-paid.
