Dancing Tango in a Close Embrace
An in-depth look at this intimate, rhythmic form of tango, in the
style made famous by Pedro Tete Rusconi.
Sunday, April 8
Milonga con Traspie
Explore ways of playing with the rhythms and syncopations in an
expressive manner. Florencia will share unique material she learned at
the hands of some of the true maestros of milonga, especially Pocho y
Nelly, and Tommy O'Connell.
Classes will be held at the Carrillo Rec Center in Santa Barbara. There
will also be a MILONGA Saturday, April 7, 9pm - midnight.
