If you are planning to be in Buenos Aires this summer (June, July
and August), Carolina and Diego have several apartments you can
choose from. The one-bedroom flat described below is a good size
for one or two couples, but there are smaller ones (from
$300/week), and they are all in easily accessible areas. Write us

APARTMENT IN BUENOS AIRES . . .
One-bedroom apartment in an excellent location, in the area known
as Congreso on the Estados Unidos between Avenida Entre Rios
and Solis. The building is quiet and the area is safe.
There are many shops and conveniences (ATM, restaurants, bakery,
laundry, dry cleaners, etc.) and the street is easily accessible
by public transportation: more than 15 different buses are around
the corner, a subway station is three blocks away and there are
taxis operating around the clock.
It is also very close to the milongas, walking distance to three
of them.
The apartment itself is fully furnished and sleeps four (double
and sofa beds). Amenities include a microwave, coffee machine,
blender and other kitchen utensils, TV, VCR, music equipment,
towels and sheets.
Rates (including utilities, cable TV and local phonecalls):
$375 one week
$605 two weeks
$825 three weeks
$1025 one month
(Cleaning service during the course of your stay is not provided,
but can be arranged for an extra fee of $10/hr.)
