It seems that in conversation at Milongas, there are several to lots of
us that are not
working right now and are bored to death. I keep saying we should have
an "unemployed
people's milonga" during the day. Everyone keeps saying, yeah, that is
a great idea. Is
 it?

The Metronome Ballroom has said we could use their main ballroom during
the day. They would charge us $5.00 per person, or $4.00 if you
have a valid Bay Area Argentine Tango Association Membership card. Would
you come? There is no profit motive here, only to have something to do
that we all enjoy. We have to supply our own music, food, and fun. You
could dance or not. Be a DJ or not. Socialize or not. It doesn't
matter if you just started, have been dancing for years, or you just
want to watch or listen to the music. Everyone will be welcome. We are
thinking a weekday (obviously) from 12:30 - 4:00.

In order to make this work, I need to know how many people might want to
do this. Please send me an email to [email protected] and let me
know your thoughts.
