The evening starts at 8:30 with Oer'duerves to be followed with a buffet dinner: Quail stuffed with wild rice and pecans drenched in champagne mushroom sauce potatoes au cratin with mixed vegetables and french bread refreshing fruit salad: mandarin oranges, pineapple and marachino cherries mixed with walnuts, coconut and sour cream ****served with champagne and red wine**** At the stroke of twelve midnight, we'll toast the New Year with champagne followed by a buffet of dessert, fruit and coffee. Dress is formal, preferably black. Dancing will be until 2 a.m. There will be two sets of Salsa and some swing, but tango rules the night.
