By popular demand Danel and Maria will be sponsoring another Early Bird/Night Owl Milonga this Saturday Jan 19th. The last one was filled with both the early crowd and the late night milongueros. This one will be even better. Leandro Palou and Andrea Misse, two of the best of their generation of tango dancers will be hosting and performing. They are elegant and refined dancers and worth the price of admission alone. Founders of TangoDanza and excellent, articulate teachers as well, they are a pleasure to watch. As usual there will be plenty to eat including a baked ham and plenty to drink. We never run out of food and drink and everything is free. For the early risers the doors open at 9:00 PM and stay open until 4:00 AM for the late nighters. Live music will feature Raul Juarena back from touring doing the honors on bandoneon. In between sets the best of great recorded tangos from the golden age. And all this for a donation of $15.
