Friends - Yvonne Meissner from Amsterdam will be teaching lessons in Anchorage March 6-11. Her instruction is exceptionally clear, organized, and immediately useful on the dance floor. I find that Yvonne's instruction is useful no matter what style you dance, although in her words she dances "tango de salon". Yvonne is very bright, gregarious, and approachable as an instructor and as a person in general.
In addition to a typical full weekend of workshops and the opportunity for private lessons during the week-days, we will have milongas Friday and Saturday, a house party on Sunday, and a guided practica on Monday. Good community energy and cheer will be in abundance all weekend long! If you are interested in more detail, contact me and I'll forward the information to you.
