Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the Tango,
I am very pleased to present to you the final schedule for Julio Balmaceda
and Corina de la Rosa Advanced/Professional Master Classes in Denver, April
8-18, 2002. They are preparing special material for the dancers in
Colorado that will be a continuation of the work they did with the
intermediate, advanced and professional dancers in October, 2001.
Please read the schedule carefully as some things have changed. This time,
Julio and Corina will be here for only one weekend, but for almost two
weeks and that is reflected in the schedule of the group classes and
privates. Please note that the Int/Adv level classes will remain 1.5 hours
long, but the Adv/Professional classes are now 2 hours long because the
complexity of work will require more time. The Adv/Professional level
classes and Int/Adv classes held at the Art Project Studio are limited to
40 dancers.
As always, I encourage dancers to take classes that are more difficult than
the level they think they need. You must see and feel the challenge to
grow as a dancer, and even though some things presented in a more advanced
class may seem unattainable to you at first, you will grow and learn
tremendously from just trying to learn it.
Julio and Corina will teach some privates together and some separately. I
risk my life every time when I have to tell dancers that there are no more
privates left and so Julio and Corina agreed to accomodate the enormous
demand we have here for their private lesson.
We will have a special candlelight milonga on Friday, April 12, 2002 where
Julio and Corina will perform. It will be held at the Latin Dance F/X.
There will be a raffle at the milonga and a grand prie is a private lesson
with Julio and Corina.
As always, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me if I can answer any
questions you may have. You may find my contact information at the very
end of this e-mail.
My very best regards,
Nina
