Hola Milongueros y Tangueras: The 4th Annual "El Festival Argentino en Miami". This coming Sunday, April 28th, Bayfront Park, Downtown Miami, from noon till midnight.
Acknowledged as the "Largest Argentinean festival in the World", 10,000 to 15,000 will enjoy, TANGO, FOLKLORE, ROCK AND POP, FOOD AND FUN at the beautiful Bayfront Park on Miami Bay. USTC Tango Fantasy, Inc. is proud to present “La Tangueria” The Tango Pavilion at the 4th Annual Argentinean Festival in Miami. Under the romantic Miami starlight, a 40’ by 60’ tent will be erected, providing you with a spacious 2300 sq. ft. wood dance floor overlooking the bay of Miami. This will be the setting of one of Miami’s most special milongas. Starting at 12:00 noon there will be tango workshops throughout the day. In the evening starting at 6:00 PM, “La Tangueria” Milonga will commence, sponsored by Tango Fantasy and "La Milonga del Pueblo." At 11:00 the Best of Dance performing dance team will excite you with a seductive and exotic display of the Argentine Tango. During the evening, on the main stage Christian Camacho and Monica Llobet will indulge your senses with their special performance that won them the IDO World Argentine Tango Champions in 2001. They are known all over the world for their intense and passionate Tango performances. They also hold the Argentine Tango World Cup Championships in Asia and Europe. Their essence of Tango you don’t want to miss. This is only the beginning. At the 4th Argentinean Festival of Miami this year performers will be; Charly Garcia, Los Piojos, La Mosca, Rafaga, Los Nocheros among many others from, Rock & Pop, tango and folklore. "El Festival Argentino en Miami." This day long celebration of Argentinean culture is THE largest and most spectacular Argentinean festival in the world. Their folklore, tango, rock and pop music, as well as art and cuisine of various Latin influences, will draw in other Hispanic groups throughout South Florida. " Taste Fest " FOOD! The universal "bring-in-the-crowds" word. there will be a wide array of mouth-watering Argentinean dishes at the tasting booths throughout the grounds. Also featured will be foods from various Latin Kitchens. A big enough feast to suit anyone's appetite. This event, commencing at noon and ending at midnight, is a tremendous attraction for all South Florida's various ethnic communities to enjoy.
