Hi everyone, It's me again. I plan to stop in Japan for a few days (Jul 13-16) enroute to elsewhere... I checked the tangotokyo site (a Yahoo Groups site) and came up with only a practica on Jun 13. Does anyone have more information? Alas, I speak *no* Japanese beyond konichiwa, arigato, and sayonara, so if that's going to be a major problem at tango events, please tell me now and spare me the grief, so that I can just be a regular tourist and get decent amounts of sleep :-) If it helps, I speak German (I read somewhere that a lot of Japanese are/were studying German?) as well as English.
