The "Operita" Maria de Buenos Aires of Astor Piazzolla and Horacio Ferrer will be presented in Salt Lake City this Sunday, June 2nd, 2002 at the Jeanne Wagner Theater of Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. Starting at 5:00 PM this Sizzling Tango Opera will present myself, Daniel Diaz on bandoneon with the Utah Opera's, Opus Chamber Orchestra plus narrator, singers and the Wasatch Tango dancers. This will be a staged presentation of the original musical compositions.
