BENEFIT MILONGA IN CARMEL
October 12th. BENEFIT MILONGA for the Children of Argentina
With a set of live music by TRIO GARUFA
Argentina is suffering intense economic hardship. The youngest victims of
these times are Argentina's children. Jobs are scarce, incomes down. As a
result, the children too suffer to the point of becoming mal-nourished. The
proceeds of this milonga plus any donations that night will be taken to
Argentina in November, we will buy non perishable food and vitamins and
distribute them among schools in the western part of Argentina.
Come join us to support this worthy cause!!!!
Where: Carmel Scout House, corner of Mission & 8th. in Carmel.
When: Saturday, October 12th. 8:30 PM to??..
$15/person, includes live music, refreshments, etc.
