I am posting this message on behalf of Tom and Dominique Loucks, tango
dancers in Denver, Colorado, because they are not on this list yet.
These are elegant, very fine shoes, and are especially good for dancers
with foot injuries or chronically tired dance feet. The suede choices that
are available are wonderful, include sparkling texture nude beige color
suede and black lace suede for the ladies. I have not seen such wonderful
choices of materials and combinations even in Buenos Aires. Dancers can
also choose the shape of the heel and its height from a wide range of
possibilities.
I invited Tom and Dominique to display their shoes at the Julio and
Corina's master classes during the Memorial Day festival because good tango
shoes that come as wide, medium, narrow width or in larger sizes such as
ladies size 11 and that are also have padded insoles and supported arch,
are very difficult to find. Tom and Dominique have a catalogue and I am
sure they will be able to send the shoes to you, wherever you are. If your
shoes need to be specially ordered from Germany and you are planning to
attend the Memorial Day Milonguero Festival in Denver, it might be a good
idea to contact Tom and Dominique now so that your shoes are here by the
time you arrive.

There is a new venue for buying dance shoes in the Front Range!
Dominique and Tom Loucks have begun importing Diamant® dance shoes from
Germany. The shoes are extremely comfortable and durable and the Louckses
already have a large selection of womens shoes on hand.
The demand from men has been enthusiastic, so now Dominique and Tom are
offering both Mens and Ladies shoes.
Toward the end of March, after a further shipment of various styles and
sizes arrives, Dominique will be holding an Open House to celebrate their
new business. Also, they will have shoes on display and for sale during the
Julio & Corina workshops in May, but you may want to order shoes in advance
so as to have them by then.
