Dear Tango Lovers: As you know Carolina & Diego have informed us just last week that they will be unable to attend the Montreal Festival due to unexpected travel problems. Consequently, all their workshops will be taught by our new guest masters, from Buenos Aires Eduardo & Mariana. Class time and topic will remain the same.
Eduardo Cappussi and Mariana Flores are among the best regarded, creative and expressive dancers from Buenos Aires. Teaching and performing since 1997, they have been featured in most of the European tango festivals and top tango events. Their choreographic composition shines because of the excellent use of theatre elements, with very personal and unique style, electrifying and unpredictable. Their style is born in the reality of improvisation where the tango is born, grows and becomes impossible to stop: they represent the spirit of the people. We look forward to seeing you this summer!
