TANGO JUEVES HOLIDAY PARTY on December 18, 2003

Put on your tango shoes and your holiday finery and join hosts Ellen Sowchek and
Helmut Salas on Thursday, December 18, 2003 for an evening of delicious foood, 
wonderful
live music and great dancing. Your chefs for the evening, Ellen, Helmut, Ruby 
and
Ingrid, have come up with a fabulous menu.

For appetizers:
Coeur a la creme (white herbed cheese) with cucumber hearts
Raclette (warm melted cheese) with French bread
Spinach pie
Deviled eggs with Thai red curry
Asparagus wrapped with prosciutto
Argentine beef and sauce
Asian chicken on skewewrs with dipping sauce
Snow peas stuffed with shrimp
Mesclun salad

For dessert:
Berry mousse pie
Eggnog cake
Anna's pepperkakor (traditional Christmas cookies)
Fruit

All of this will be accompanied by cranberry champagne punch.

Our wonderful live music will be provided by Tito Castro and Pancho Navarro.
