New Argentine Tango Salon near Woodstock, New York Woodstock Milonga now forming, with the first event on Saturday, February 21st, when Woodstock Tango and The Catamount Cafe present TANGO AT THE CAT!, an evening of Argentine Tango with Dario Da Silva and DJ Jackie Wong.
Introductory group lesson at 9pm, Show Tango demo and dancing to classic and alternative tango with DJ Jackie Wong at 9:30pm. One of the leading up and coming tangueros on the East Coast, Argentine native Da Silva performs and teaches classes and workshops in the Berkshires, Albany area and New York City. $20pp covers Champagne Reception, canapes, group lesson and dancing. Gourmet dinner, bar menu and beautiful overnight accomodations available. This is the first in a series of ongoing Tango Salons, practicas and milongas at The Catamount Cafe, located on Route 28 in Mt.
