Hello Tangueros: How does getting away for the weekend to the beach and doing what we love the most -- learning more tango -- sound to you? We have a WONDERFUL opportunity for you. The Triangle Tangueros has organized and the UNC-Wilmington's Lumina Dance Club is hosting a very special weekend for us with Jak Karako from NYC. We have arranged special discounted hotel rates at the Comfort Inn I-40 Executive Center in Wilmington, adjacent to the UNCW campus, for $52/night (+ tax). Participants need to phone the Comfort Inn directly for reservations at 910-791-4841, ASAP. They are holding 10 non-smoking, double-bed rooms, but people can request what they like. To get the UNCW discounted rate, you must ask for the UNCW Lumina Dance Club reserved rooms. (If there are any problems, ask for Paula Horton.)
