I am also celebrating getting a year older (as my friend Ruby said when I complained: " Consider the alternative!" ³LOS CHANTAS² WILL PLAY---THEY ARE GREAT, GREAT, GREAT, TO TANGO TO! Also a special appearance of 5 virtuosi musicians from Amsterdam playing Klezmer music, (²DI FIDL KAPELYE²) during a tango break. The organizer, Jiska ter Bals, is a tango musician and dancer as well. Last day of my show of portrait drawings of NY tangueros, and tango illustrations, even a drawing on a usable shower curtain!!
