Monochrome Photography Meets Fluid Motion to Capture the Essence of Light and Dance PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 9, 2004 A photography and art exhibit titled "Tango Expressions' will open on Sunday, March 7, at Gallery Co 7, highlighting the passion and drama of tango. The exhibit will showcase Portland-area artist Dave Schwanke's "Tango at the Temple," a series of monochrome photographs that represent the dramatic motion of the dance and the interplay of tango dancers with their environment. The opening reception will feature live dance performances led by Portland tanguera Laurie Ann Greenberg.
