A tango friend is offering an apartment for short-term rental to tango tourists. This one bedroom apartment is located in Constitution neighborhood (Congreso area) at the corner of Solis and Carlos Calvo, one block from Entre Rios. Bus stops across the street and on Entre Rios. Subway is three blocks away at Entre Rios and San Juan.
The apartment is on the 8th floor, with living room and bedroom windows facing north so it has lots of natural light. The bedroom can be equipped with either two twin beds or a double bed. There is a sofa in the living room for third person to sleep. The kitchen has a refrigerator (no freezer), gas stove and cooking utensils, etc. The bathroom has bathtub with shower. There is a gas heater for comfort during the winter months (June-Sept). There is cable television, telephone for local calls only, and linens. Maid service can be arranged on a weekly basis. The apartment is two blocks from Lo de Celia, 3 blocks from Nino Bien, and walking distance to La Nacional, El Arranque, El Beso and other downtown milongas. There is a grocery store, internet cafe, parilla, shoe repair, laundromat, bakery, ice cream shop, butcher, produce market, etc. steps away. Taxis are always available at any time of day or night. Payment for rental: US dollars or Euros Rental includes linens, cable tv, and local phone calls. Not included is maid service, cell phone or international calls. Rates: Daily: US$15 per day for one person; US$20 per day for two persons. Monthly: US$13 per day for one person; US$18 per day for two persons. Reservations: 25% deposit.
