¡ Más Alegría ! organises a WORKSHOP and a SPRINGBALL with
MARISA VAN ANDEL & OLIVER KOCH
27th and 28th March 2004 in Lausanne, Switzerland
If you have always dreamt of clear and precise tango instruction where each
couple benefits from guidance and advice enabling them to attain that
harmony they are searching for, then this is for you.
Marisa's grace, and her excellent mastery of both the man's and the woman's
steps, make her a recognized and much appreciated dancer and teacher. As
well as giving special importance to the active role of the woman in dance,
she also emphasizes a very active attention to your partner, so that for
Marisa, following your partner is no longer achieved by just muscular
strength, but by non-verbal communication between the partners. Oliver's
simple and meticulous explanations will enable you to discover the
techniques and subtleties of accomplished guiding and at the same time to
further synchronisation and interpretation of tango music.
This continual pursuit of harmony leaves plenty of scope for an approach to
dance full of challenges, surprises and complicity.
Marisa and Oliver have performed all over Europe and recently also in New
York and Buenos Aires. They are continually fine-tuning their dance and
their teaching skills.
