Robin Thomas is acclaimed for his "nuevo milonguero" style, lives in New York, and is a favorite DJ in NYC and tango festivals nationwide. Combining the best of milonguero, or close embrace, style with improvisation, creativity, and elements of new tango, Robin teaches tango which has possibilities for everyone. Robin emphasizes connection, musicality and floorcraft. Robin has studied with such favorite Argentine masters as Susana Miller, Gustavo Naveira, Luciana Valle, Julio Balmaceda and Corina de la Rosa, as well as Brigitta Winkler of Germany.
