Misc: Sitges tango festival

Hello all,
I will be going to the Sitges tango festival in July and wondering if anyone 
has any tips on the teachers, the hotels, or the festival itself.  I understand 
that there is also a pre-festival in Barcelona.  If you have danced in Spain 
before I would very much appreciate hearing your comments.
