Dear Milongueros y Tangueras: Just a week away from the start of the eight annual US Tango Congress' Tango Fantasy 2004 in Miami Beach, we urge those of you who will be attending to include in your luggage clothes that are appropriate for the fabulous Tuesday, May 25th "All night Milonga" at the Fontainebleau Hilton. We have called it "A Night of Sequins and Feathers" with the idea of recreating the sophisticated atmosphere of the great Era in Buenos Aires - tango nights of the 1930s, 40s y 50s. (And, by the way, May 25th is Argentina's National Day.) We will be celebrating. Women: Bring along those fabulous, vintage clothes and feathers from grandmother's wardrobe! Men: Take out your elegant Zoot-style suits and patent leather shoes! Let's all make this definitely a night to remember.
