Here are a few last minute reminders and changes for the 1st Annual Seattle
TangoMagic Event, Sat-Sun, Aug 13-15, 2004

(1) The Friday Late-Night Milonga will be at Julia’s, 300 Broadway from
midnight – 4:00 AM. Jaimes Friedgen will DJ (with possibly some live music
and a short film). All ages are welcome. Admission is $8. (This is really
a cool place—it’s just sooo tango!)

(2) Robin Tara of Tara Dance Shoes will not be able to make it. Yolanda
Rossi will be selling tango shoes along with her tango clothing. (However,
Robin will be selling her shoes at the Portland ValenTango, Feb 18-20,
2005.)

(3) The dance Pavilion at Marina Park in Kirkland (Tango-by-the-Lake on
Sunday evening) has a concrete surface, so please wear appropriate shoes.

(4) The DJ for the Sat afternoon practica will be Hyla and the Sun afternoon
alternative milonga will be Jeanne Castle. Admission is $5 (or free if
you’re taking any class on that day).

(5) All Sat & Sun afternoon workshops, practica, alternative milonga, and
the Sat evening Gran Milonga are at the Mountaineer’s Building, 300 3rd Ave
West (not at the Polish Club).

(6) And, if you’re still standing and in town Monday, there’s a great
evening Milonga at China Harbor, 2040 Westlake Ave N from 9:30 PM-1:00 AM.
Admission is $5 (no minors) and the DJs are Las Tres Mujeres (Ana, Jeanne, &
Hyla).

For more details check out my web site at www.ClaysDanceStudio.com. If
you’re not pre-registered for classes or the Sat Gran Milonga by now, just
show up at the door—there will be plenty of room (4200 sq ft!).

That’s it—get ready for non-stop tango!
