Ithaca Tangueros Proudly present:

A weekend of classes, performances and dancing
Cynthia Fattory and Mauro Jose Peralta

Born in Argentina, Cynthia started dancing at the age of 6. At
16, she joined nationally acclaimed Ballet Brandsen. In the last 18
years, Cynthia complemented her folkloric background by learning tango
with distinguished professors and performers such as Julio Balmaceda and
Corina de la Rosa, Vannina Vilouzs, Gustavo Naveira, Graciela Gonzalez,
and Tete. Her technique now combines a blend of traditional "milonguero"
style with modern steps and figures, preserving the fundamental aspects
of tango in technique and musicality. She taught various seminars in
Buenos Aires at The Club Almagro, Galeria del Tango and Torcuato Tasso.

An accomplished dancer, Mauro Peralta began his training in
tango in Argentina in 1997. He has studied with Mariano Mores, Facundo
and Kely Posadas, Gustavo Naveira, Ezequiel Paludi and many more. He has
made several appearances in shows at the Café Tortoni and El Colonial
theater in Buenos Aires, as well as many other tango productions. He has
won numerous prizes in tango competitions and is a polished performer.
