We are very pleased with the great impact our "Regional Tango Weekends"
started to have on the tango communities in different cities/states around
the Southeast (yes, the "hurricane states"!). Our first Regional Tango
Weekend was in April and despite the conflict with the Easter weekend, we
had a great crowd! It got better each time and now, we are planning to end
the year with a wonderful weekend including a milonga with live music! We
will certainly continue holding these Regional Tango Weekends in 2005 with
some surprises!

So, here's the details for the upcoming 4th Regional Tango Weekend in the
Triangle( Durham, NC):
October 9 - 10, Saturday -Sunday
DURHAM, North Carolina
Tangophilia invites you to join a weekend of tango practicing and dancing
with tangueros from all over North Carolina (Asheville, Charlotte,
Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Wilmington, Fayetteville and Triangle), South
Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and beyond! After taking numerous workshops,
this is the time to get together with everyone else in your region to
exchange information, to share experience and practice, to ask questions to
the supervisors and to HAVE FUN DANCING TANGO!
