His unique "close-embrace" tango style mixes traditional and nuevo tango. He studied extensively and almost exclusively in Buenos Aires, Argentina and upon returning to NYC has become a highly sought-after teacher. Currently, Ney teaches beginner through advanced courses in Argentine Tango at Stepping Out Studios in New York City. He also teaches at New York University, Hunter College, and is regularly contracted to teach in cities/festivals around the US. Aside from his teaching schedule, Ney performs all over New York City. He has performed on Broadway's Town Hall stage with cast members of "Forever Tango" and, along with Mariana Fresno, is part of the soloist couple for the orchestra Zvi Migdal.
