Each day, the first class introduces a number of exercises basic and essential for the materials to be covered in the second class. The exercises will be practiced with focus on posture, weight-shifting, mindful walking, groundedness, centering, etc. based on Tango Zen concept. Chan Park is an accomplished dancer, Tango teacher, martial arts devotee, and teacher of meditation.
