By demand on Tuesday, October 26, a new class has been added to Mimi's workshop schedule. This class Giros con Parejas - turns with couples, compliments the workshops that Mimi has been teaching. The class will focus on the technique needed for turns while couples are dancing. Mimi will discuss the various types of turns, where they are used, and how they work with the music.
The class starts at 8:00 and goes to 9:30. This class is for all levels and will cost $30. It will be at the Renaissance Ballroom on 285 Ellis St. in San Francisco. Wednesday is the class on Milonga Traspie, Thursday is the class on Vals. Both are at the Renaissance. There are still a few times left for private lessons.
