ABOUT PABLO ALONSO:

A renowned teacher and dancer, has been dancing Argentine tango since his
childhood. He has toured South America, North America and Europe. Known for
meticulous teaching, he focuses on technique and elegance. His experience
includes teaching together with Osvaldo Zotto in the legendary milonga “Club
Almagro” of Buenos Aires.  He also has an extensive background in acting and
corporal techniques. Currently based in London, he is a member of the
teaching staff at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA),
holds regular classes including master classes attended by teachers from all
over Europe, and assists in the choreography of plays in the West End,
London’s theatre district.


SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

-Friday, November 19 at the historic Umrath Lounge, Washington University,
7pm-1am.

   Free milonga and introduction to Argentine tango by Pablo Alonso.
   Open to everyone.


-Saturday, November 20 at Mudd multipurpose room, Washington University,
1pm-6pm.

   3 workshop classes suitable for all levels.


-Sunday, November 21 at Mudd multipurpose room, Washington University,
1pm-6pm.

   3 workshop classes for intermediates and higher.


-Tuesday, November 23 and Friday, November 26, 7.30-9.00. Additional classes
for further study and review.



WORKSHOP REGISTRATION/LOCATION:

$20 per class, or $50 per day (3 classes), or $90 for the weekend (6
classes). Friday is free! No partner necessary. All workshop classes held at
Seeley Mudd Multi-Purpose Room of Washington University (Hilltop campus) in
the student residential (South 40) area at the corner of Big Bend Ave and
Wydown Ave.
