We are posting for our friend Celia ([email protected]). ------ APARTMENT FOR RENT IN BUENOS AIRES SHORT AND MEDIUM TERM STAYS
The apartment is located in the Catalinas Sur neighborhood (park neighborhood) adjacent to La Boca, San Telmo, and Puerto Madero. (Map emailed on request.) This neighborhood is a few blocks from Costanera Sur, where a wonderful nature reserve is located. The Plaza de Mayo is twenty minutes walking distance, as is Florida Street and other areas of downtown Buenos Aires. The area is well lit, secure, and has permanent security control. The apartment has excellent natural lighting and all rooms have an external view. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has two bedrooms with two single beds in each. A spacious living room is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two people. The apartment has a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (microware, freezer, and other household appliances). A telephone is available for a large but not unlimited number of local calls. National and international calls from the apartment telephone can be made with available prepaid calling cards. The apartment is located close to small shops that provide fresh foods (delivery is available). Restaurants, laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and Internet cafes, etc. are also close by. A huge number of public buses connect the neighborhood to the rest of Buenos Aires and the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires Province. Taxis are available by phone at no extra cost. The price is for full use of the apartment by the renter and includes cleaning services once a week at times and days to be agreed upon. Rooms will not be rented separately. The rental price is $150 (US Dollars) per week and is based on one or two person occupancy. The price is calculated for stays between one week and a month. Payment must be made in advance, in cash and in U.S. dollars or euros. Please consult me for long term rental rates and for rental rates if more than two people will share the apartment.
