I am happy to endorse and highlight the following tango festivals this
Winter and Spring.

 - They primarily focus on SOCIAL tango
 - They are likely to have a lot of really good dancers.
 - They feature 30-40 hours of dancing in classes, practicas, evening
and all-night milongas.
 - Festival Passes from $100-$140+;
 - Milonga-only Passes from $20 - $60
 - The host cities have inexpensive hotel rates.
