The theme is the milongas in Argentina. The competition is open to amateurs and professionals without nationality or residence restrictions. Photos taken in any place or circumstance i.e., classes, parties, salones, clubes, etc., except those taken in a professional studio or staged poses. Each photographer can submit up to 10 photos in B&W or color with a maximum size of 20cmX40cm. First prize is $1,500 pesos. Photos must be received by February 8, 2005 at 8pm. Jury will notify winners on February 21, and prizes will be presented on March 3 during the festival.
