We went to Canning on Thursday night. Since it was the only milonga open in the capital, they allowed anyone who paid the 7 peso entrada to enter. I estimate 400 people--over the seating limit and the A/C wasn't working. The tables and chairs were so poorly arranged that if people had to get out quickly, it would have been difficult. It was difficult getting to the dance floor. They haven't learned anything from the recent club incident. Around 1:15am, the organizer announced that the dance was being "suspended."
