Greetings From The Tango House, There is always a loving energy at The Tango House. As tango dancers, we all "speak" at least one romantic language. The Tango House celebrates love and harmony twice each month. This coming Saturday our twice monthly celebration will honor the day set aside each year to celebrate love and harmony. Come to The Tango House Valentine Milonga this Saturday and celebrate the most essential human motivation: love. Let's make this a "couples neutral" event. Please come with your significant other, but also please come alone or with a friend. After all we love ourselves and our friends too.
In the spirit of Valentine's Day there will be roses for everyone. We will decorate for the holiday. The always special food table will feature extra special chocolates, and we will share a champagne toast to love at midnight. I will mix in a few more "alternatives" in the form of American popular ballads. Sinatra, Fitzgerald, Cole, Torme. If you have a favorite ballad that is tango friendly, please bring it. Let's take the Valentine theme a bit further and wear red if it pleases you, especially men. The Tango House is not yet a year old. Just about everything that happens here is happening for the first time. Please come this Saturday and help make TTH history.
