If you're in Buenos Aires this week, you may want to catch the following
three events (all outside the immediate center of the city).

1. Fri, Feb 11 (tomorrow). Carmencita Calderon's 100th birthday
celebration at La Baldosa (Flores). The oldest living milonguera--if
watching her dance doesn't get you misty-eyed, nothing will .... Don't
miss it--she may be around for her 200th but you may not! (Thanks to
Dolores Longo for the tip.)

2. Mon, Feb 14. Orchestra "Los Reyes del Tango" plays at Lunes de Tango
(Circulo Trovador) in Vicente Lopez.

3. Fri, Feb 18. Exhibition by Miguel Angel Zotto at Circulo Trovador in
Vicente Lopez.

If you are stuck in the Congreso/Palermo Milonga circuit, these may be
good reasons to get out a little.

See http://www.BuenosAiresMilongas.com/ for details on any of the above
(and other) Milongas.
