Dear Tango Friends,

Denver's FIFTH Memorial Day Tango festival is just around the corner,
and I want to thank all the people who have registered so far. Lot's of
old friends; lots of new friends. I expect attendance of 450.

NOW is the time to send in your payment. While I still have plenty of
space, pre-registered attendees will have priority if I have to close
any classes.

Several Changes:

(1) We welcome Ricardo Vidort as the Wednesday night teacher. Topic:
"Advanced Milongero". Ricardo is a life-long tango dancer from Buenos
Aires, one of the few remaining authentic Milonguero dancers. Privates
will be available from Wednesday, with priority first to people
attending Ricardo's classes.

(2) The Mercury Milonga on Friday features the Extasis Grande
Orchestra. Expanding from a quartet to eight or ten musicians. Also,
we'll have tango performances from Julio & Corina. Kat (Kwan) MacDonald
and I will teach the pre-milonga $5 classes at 7:00 & 8:00.

(3) Price reduction for Workshop Only Pass to $80 for 2-days (four
classes), plus $30 for each additional day (2-classes). This is useful
for those who wish to focus more on lesson.

(4) Saturday arrival pass for $120 is useful for those who can't get
off work early enough to make the Friday activities.

(5) Milonga pass for $55 gets you 6 milongas (plus a Sunday practice)
for a savings of 28% over drop-in.

(5) Weekend class levels have been adjusted to cover INTERMEDIATE,
ADV-INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED. Please note that the skill level of
attendees at these festivals is quite high. Intermediate assumes you
already have plenty of experience (one or more years or else, lots of
practice), while Advanced will challenge dancers with 8 or 10 years of
experience or teachers in their local communities.
