11:30 AM Transportation leaves for BOTANICAL GARDEN AND PICNIC
2 hour guided garden walk
4:30-6 PM Class with PAULO
7:30 PM Special gourmet dinner, included with package at Little River
Inn

FRIDAY, JUNE 3
9:00-10:00 AM Beginner class with Paulo
10:15 -11:15 AM Class with Paulo
12-1:00 PM Light lunch with edible flower demonstration, garnishes,
appetizers
1:15-3:15 PM Wine presentation and tasting with six wines
5-6:00 PM: Supervised practice
6-7:30 PM: Class, Eduardo
8:00 PM: Bonfire on the beach with hot dogs, marshmallows, hot
chocolate, and good company
