Hi Douglas,

In Pittsburgh, there are two weekly milongas plus one
or two special milongas in July.

Weekly Milongas
---------------
Sundays, 7-9:30pm
Twilight Milongas hosted by the Panther Tango Club
(Univ. of Pittsburgh),
Bigelow Porch of the William Pitt Student Union,
Forbes & Bigelow Avenues.
This is a casual outdoor milonga with a nice tile
floor. It is held on the porch of a renovated
Victorian hotel, currently used as a student center.
Contact Alan McPherron at [email protected]. $1

Thursdays, 9-Midnight
Tango Social hosted by the Pittsburgh Tangueros
Zootys, 4104 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA
This buildings recent renovation restores the period
character of this early 1900s building. The wooden
floor is a little sticky, but the owners are working
to improve all aspects of their operation. First
floor is for bar patrons with the milonga held
upstairs with its own entrance. $4 Contact:

Special Milongas
----------------
Friday, July 29, 7:30-10pm
Aerobics Room of the University Center
Carnegie Mellon University
This is a special Graduation milonga held for
students in all of our CMU classes (all levels).
Excellent air-conditioning, polished wooden floor,
airy space. It will be the first milonga ever at CMU
so we are making it a special event. Hosted by
PATangoS ([email protected]).

Dates to Keep In Mind
---------------------
July 16/17 possible milonga with live music
Hosted by PATangoS ([email protected])

Well keep you informed of those developments.

Nearby Milongas
---------------
If youre traveling over the Fourth of July, I would
also recommend milongas in Cleveland and Ann Arbor,
where Pittsburgh tango junkies will be heading.
