The apartment is very centrally located. It is close to all milongas with the subway 3 blocks away and many buses at your door. My neighborhood is safe and within 1 block of my apt, you will find several banks, Coto; the major supermarket, tons of buses, great Italian restaurants, the laundry mat, dry cleaners, health food stores and a movie rental store just downstairs.
