August 1-2 Adam Hoopengardner will be teaching workshops in Maine at Seeds
of Peace with Paula Wilson
Every Thursday, 8pm @ Empire Dance Studio (Pre-Intermediate Technique )
Followed by New Yorks best practica supervised by Robin Thomas and Jen Bratt
with Ney Melo and Adam Hoopengardner also there helping out when needed.

Workshops @ Empire Dance the last week of August
Tuesday August 30, 7-8pm
1. Connection and embrace- (beginner/pre-intermeidate)
This class is designed to improve our cencept of connection and the
importance of the embrace. We will go through many excersizes to open up our
awareness.
Wednesday September 1, 7:30-8:30 pm
2. Refining Technique-(open level)
We will focus on polishing up our movements, excersizes on walking,
pivoting, disassociation, and going from open to close embrace.
