Roxanne McKenney of St. Louis will present tango workshops in Kansas City, MO Nov. 4-6. Friday night there will be an introductory class (Untangling Tango) and dance at Westport Presbyterian Church, 201 Westport Rd. starting at 8:00. $10 at the door. Saturday at City in Motion dance studio, 3925 Main, there will be 2 classes: Milonga at 1:30 and Vals at 3:30. Saturday at 8:00 at Westport Presbyterian Church there will be a class for advanced dancers (Beautiful Boleos, Glorious Ganchos). Sunday at City in Motion there will be 2 classes: The Fluid Embrace at 1:00 and 10 Ways to Get Out of Your Tango Rut at 3:00. Sunday at 7:30 there will be a brief review and a practice, at 8:30 there will be dancing ($5 donation). Saturday and Sunday classes are $20 if paid by Oct. 29, $25 at the door. Intermediate/advanced dancers can take 4 classes for $75 or all 5 for $90. Full-time student discounts are available.
