Ruben Milonga grew up in the barrios of Bs As and began dancing at 12 years
old in 1956. In 1987 He opened a Dancing School in Bs.As. Focused on Tango,
Milonga, Vals Criollo and Canyengue. 1993-1996: He is named as a Professor
at the TANGO UNIVERSITY OF BUENOS AIRES where he taught: PSYCHOLOGY OF
TANGO AND OF THE PORTEQO; and TANGO LITERATURE (Ruben also has a degree
as a Psychologist!) He is a world known teacher and historian of both tango
dance and music. His knowledge is vast, his embodiment of the tango deeply
passionate.
