Friday, February 24th.
7:00pm-8:30pm
Tango Fundamentals: Embrace, posture, connection and walking
techniques for the intermediate or advanced dancer.
Saturday, February 25th.
1:15pm-2:45pm
Tango Elements: Tango elements for social dancing, and how to
use them for navigation in the line of dance.
3:00pm-4:30pm
Expressivity in Tango: Personalize your tango through changes
of intensity, energy, and using the pause.
Sunday, February 26th.
1:15pm-2:45pm
Milonga: Milonga traspie.
3:00pm-4:30pm
Musicality: Tango and listening to the music. Emphasis on the
challenges of dancing to Pugliese and Piazzolla.
4:45pm-6:15pm
Practica: A chance to review previously learned material with
Fernanda and Guillermo available for questions on elements and
techniques.
Cost:
$30.00 per individual class
$125.00 Workshop package, 5 classes
$110.00 Weekend package, 4 classes Saturday and Sunday
Practica is only available to participants in workshop.
