Hi,
If you don't mind bringing your own bedding and towels and sleep on a hardwood
floor in exchange for paying very little and living with a lot of other tango
people then this place is for you. I have an empty house I am making available
for rental. There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 3 baths. I am asking $40 per
person for the duration of the festival which is Friday - Monday. No extra
charge if you need an extra day.
The house is in great condition except that there is NO FURNITURE. I'll do my
best to bring in some tables and chairs but I doubt there will be enough for
everyone. So if you like creature comforts this is not the place to be. I
will however guarantee:
- a nice clean floor or carpet to sleep on.
- well heated room and nice clean kitchen and bath.
- a danceable space with basic sound system.
- a unique authentic tango experience on top of your festival experience.

All the venues are within 10-15 minute drive and also near major bus lines (use
www.trimet.org) although I recommend that you group together and get a rental
car (www.priceline.com, $10/day should be achievable).
There is a family restaurant, Walgreens and Trader Joe's all within
walking distance.
2 separate units, one 5bd/2bth house and the other 2 bd/1bth basement
apartment. Both units have just been extensively remodeled.

I am giving preferences given to:
- people I've met personally in my tango travels or recommended by people I
know.
- groups of 3-10 people. Rooms are various sizes, depends on how cozy you want
to get.
- people staying for the entire length of the festival, no ONE-NIGHTers.
