Following up on my previous announcement, it gives me great pleasure to announce that Susana Miller will be returning to Chicago the week of April 19-25, 2006. Also joining her this week will be Maria Plazaola, the last tango partner of Carlos Gavito.
During Susanas and Marias week in Chicago, we plan to have a mini tango festival the weekend of April 21-23, 2006. Robert Hauk from Portland and Ramu Pyreddy from Ann Arbor will be joining Susana and Maria. The festival will consist of three days of classes and milongas on Friday and Saturday at the University of Chicago, the International House and classic Hyde Park. Arrangements are being made to have a hard core all night milonga after the Saturday night milonga. There will also be a Teachers Master Classes during the festival titled: How to Teach Tango Milonguero, taught by Susana and Maria separate reservations will be required. Privates with Susana Miller, Maria Plazaola, Robert Hauk or Ramu Pyreddy will be available.
